    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    With this form, you are submiting your request for the retreat date you prefer. This is not a confirmation of registration. All form submissions are automatically time stamped.

    Use your Carondelet school email address.

    Please consider any sports/extra-curricular activities you are/may be a part of during the 2025-2026 school year when choosing your retreat preference. Also think about and discuss academic course load and personal commitments before filling out this form. Carondelet enters into contracts with retreat facilities and must pay for all students who register, even if they do not attend. Therefore, even though retreats are covered in tuition and there is no fee to register and attend, there is a Late Cancellation Fee of $200 for those who cancel within a month of the retreat without medical documentation. Please plan ahead!

    Retreat dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Campus Ministry will do its best to satisfy each student’s needs and preferences. Please turn in this form as soon as possible for the best chance of securing a place on the retreat of your choice. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee you will receive your first, second or third choice.

    By filling out this form, you are indicating your prefernce for Kairos dates, not actually registering. On May 18, 2026, assigned retreat dates will be emailed to students and parents/guardians using the email addresses you enter below.
