Graduation Reservations Form 2026

    We warmly invite friends and families of the graduating Class of 2026 to celebrate this accomplishment alongside us. Each student will be given 20 tickets, and three complimentary parking passes. 

    Graduates are required to be at the Toyota Pavilion by no later than 3:45PM. One of the three parking passes will be specifically for your graduate, and they are free to bring anyone else in the car with them. 

    This form will close on May 1st. All requests made afterwards must be done through the Main Office. 

  • Ticket Reservation

    Each graduate is given a standard amount of 20 tickets. Any family can reserve up to 20 additional tickets. Please do not resubmit the form for additional tickets. If you have forgotten how many additional tickets you have already reserved, please reach out to Maggie Lettire '13, Director of Student Activities.

  • Accessible Seating Reservation

    We have a limited number of reserved accessible seating. Even if we run out of reserved seating, the Toyota Pavilion will accommodate anyone who needs an accessible arrangement to the best of their ability.

  • Accessible Parking for Lot A

    Please let us know whether you need an Accessible Parking space in our closest lot, Lot A, for graduation. This is where the golf carts from the Toyota Pavilion will be picking people up to bring them as close as they can to seating.

  • Parking Reservation

    Each graduate is given three parking passes at Graduation Practice. These parking passes must be placed on each car's dashboard. One of the parking passes will be a specialty pass for your graduate, as they need to arrive by no later than 4PM. Families can choose to ride with the graduate without needing to purchase an additional pass.
