• Senior Memory Wall Submission Form

    Class of 2026

  • We are asking each Carondelet family to put together a memory page for their senior. The page can consist of one picture, several pictures, or a collage of pictures. The images can be baby and childhood pictures, or a collection of high school memories from clubs, sports, and other activities. 

    Please abide by the following guidelines:

    - Arrange the photos digitally on an 8½ X 14 design. We cannot accept pages any larger than 8 ½ x 14. The page layout can be vertical or horizontal.
    - All designs must be submitted as a PDF.
    - We will collect a $6.50 printing and lamination fee to have all collages processed from the same third party company. 
    - Deadline for submissions is Friday, March 27, 2026
