  • Date: Friday, September 12, 2025 - Saturday, September 13, 2025
Location: Carondelet High School Main Campus

Time: The Retreat begins immediately after school and ends the following morning at 10:00 am.

    Detailed Information: Alpha 2025 Information

Deadline for Registration: Monday, September 1, 2025

Alpha is a cornerstone experience of the freshman year. Designed to ease the transition into high school, it fosters meaningful friendships and helps students build a strong sense of belonging in the Carondelet community. This is the only retreat offered specifically for Frosh students.

Because this is a one-time opportunity during freshman year—and because there will be many future games and practices—student-athletes, families, and coaches are strongly encouraged to prioritize the retreat over athletic commitments. Frosh students are excused from Carondelet Athletics practices on Friday, September 12, as long as they speak with their coaches before registering for the retreat.

To maintain the integrity of the experience and the cohesion of the group, students must attend the entire retreat from start to finish. If your student has a medical condition that may impact their ability to attend the full retreat, please reach out to the Campus Ministry staff before registering.

Retreat costs are already included in tuition, so there is no additional fee to attend Alpha. However, please note that there is a $100 late cancellation fee for students who cancel within one week of the retreat or do not show up (unless medical documentation is provided).
